About CNU MMIC Lab

In MMIC Lab, high-frequency And high-speed integrated circuits and their integrated modules are intensively studied for commercial and military applications. Remote sensing modules and miniaturized radar modules are also main subjects that MMIC Lab actively researches and develops. We train the students to be capable of designing various high-speed and high-frequency Integrated circuits through deep understanding and knowledge of Si and compound semiconductor active devices, thereby fostering them to achieve high-quality design skills and characterization skills that will last during their whole career.

Also the students in MMIC Lab will enhance their abilities to integrate signal processing units with the developed amplifier modules, frequency synthesizer modules, front-end modules and so on for wireless communication systems or short range radar systems.
